Welcome to the Pruitt Sand Flat Water Board Meetings Page. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month at the PSFW office building 4533 FM 857 Grand Saline, Tx 75140 at 6:00 p.m. and the Annual Meeting is the 2nd Saturday in March at 10am. The public is invited to attend.

Notice is hereby given in compliance with Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code, that the Pruitt-Sand Flat Water Supply Corporation will meet at 6 pm on April 06, 2026 at the PSFW office building.
The Agenda is as follows:

1. Reading of the March Annual / Monthly Minutes.
2. Comments/Concerns/ Approval of Minutes.
3. Public Participation (limited to 15 minutes per person).
4. Discuss Old / Previous Business.
A. Projects - CCN Updates, Pump Stations Upgrade Project.
5. Treasurer Report.
6. Office Manager Report.
7. Operators Report.
8. Any new business brought before the Board.
9. Adjournment.
